Human Needs vs. Government

If you asked most people what would make their life complete, they might respond with things like: to be independently wealthy, or own a nice car or home or go on a vacation, or to find a significant other, a spouse and maybe have a family. There are underlying principles behind all of these things and most other ‘material’ answers. People look for wealth because they equate it with peace of mind and joy. People look to things like cars and vacations because they equate it with joy. People look to relationships and family because there they will find joy and love.

In the most basic form, people seek to find peace, joy and love. I think it’s apparent that material things can’t provide sustained joy or peace, and unless you love yourself first, relationships and family are not going to cut it. Really, peace, joy and love all come from within; these cannot be provided from an outside source for any extended length of time. Even ‘Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness’ are riders on the basic human (spiritual) needs of peace, love and joy.

In no way, shape or form can any government provide peace, joy or love. If you examine the machinations of government in any time period of the history told to us, you will find that government is the opposite of providing these things. It is necessary for government to take these things away under the guise of providing them in order for government to survive and grow. The carrot of peace, love and joy being lead before the horse of humanity is hung from a stick that is fear, hate, enemies, war, angst, anguish, worry and stress. We know that we can never reach the carrot as long as the stick is there, but for some reason we believe that the stick has purpose, and without it the carrot would disappear.

I keep seeing sales pitches. I keep hearing slogans. I keep finding that my enemies are declared for me, as are my allies, and they are always nations or factions or organizations that threaten government. And I keep seeing the same loop that I see in every organization, a loop wherein the many are lead to meet the goals of organization, always to their behest and dissatisfaction (lack of peace, joy and love) and always to the profit of organization and the few that command it. It’s a 'give this of yourself and you might get this back, but don’t count on it'.

It is my heartfelt belief that if we, as intelligent creatures of mind, heart and spirit do not break away from the covenant that government is absolute and necessary we will have set the stage for our permanent demise. Every man, woman and thing we ‘vote’ into office under the promises and salvations that this time it will be different, has harmed Americans and the planet in heart, mind and soul to a greater degree than did the officers preceding. If my mind is sold on the truth that government is a necessary thing, and my mind tells my heart this, yet my heart knows that government is anti-peace, joy and love, then inevitably I will suffer, as will the vast majority of the populace. I hate to sound so new age wishy-washy, but governments are lies in my mind and that is something my heart can believe in.

The D, The R, and the You...

The D, The R, and the You...subtitled the Ugly, the Bad, and the Good...

I enjoy the banter between the partisans on either side of the aisle in this 2 party Federal government. I have to enjoy it, because despising things just generates the negative, mind clogging emotions that just plain zap the life out of you. I think the most entertaining thing is that a change from this man to this man, or no change at all, is somehow going to make matters all better. If that were the case, then it would have happened in the last 50 election cycles, through which every conceivable combination of D and R mish-mash has occurred and still the downward trend on the graph of middle class American life has ensued.

If this nation were operating according to the prescriptions put forth by the constitution, the presidency and congress would have far less impact and power. America would be a republic instead of the top down single point of all decision-making oligarchy that it is. There would be localized and accessible domestic power of state and local government, and the diversity of the separate republics would dictate strength and fiscal responsibility.

Washington is only accessible to Washington. It is a district in a foreign land where dictations spew forth from bankers, lawyers and statesman, people that have absolutely no stake in your life or anyone else's but their own. They have farm sold the economy to foreign bankers 100 years ago and have created every possible type of bastardized law against the people that their twisted little doublespeak minds can nightmare up.

Vote change, vote status quo, it makes no difference in my estimation. The pace of degeneration in everything the Federal government gets its grubby hands on is at critical mass, and the world we believe exists is untenable. It is this way because men are expected to deceive as their employment, and we the people look for the best deceiver, and champion that person as re-presentative of ourselves. The people we choose to admire from afar are people that we do not know and would never be allowed to know. What we do know of them is cleverly scripted bites of doublethink that we are so desperate to hear, and know it’s a lie as we hear it, yet still believe it as our own moment to moment gospel of salvation. These teleprompted spells become the image of them to such a degree that we will fight against and betray the very people we know and love if they dare to question that image in the least.

One of the greatest disappointments of this presidency is an extension of the disaster that was the last. If anyone wants a fiscal turnaround in America then step A (and the only step IMHO) is to end the war machine. There is no greater expenditure, and no greater waste of life and capital, with absolutely zero benefit to the citizens on either side of the conflict. I’m sure there are pundits out there pointing fingers at every nation but their own, screaming national security and global peacebombing necessities. For those so entrenched in the value of the military industrial complex, there’s an old saying that goes, live by the sword, die by the sword. The Federal government that is living by the sword can only survive with your participation, with your labor as their credit, your capital as their card, and your vote for whichever of the two previously chosen candidates as a clear sign that you still believe that your life matters in their world.

It's hard to fathom why there are so many people still so deceived by so few fraud artists, willing even to lay down their lives for them. People that are total strangers can manipulate and control a great many others for a perpetuity. Why?

It all comes down to the ego. The ego can be controlled and controlling in a great many ways. For the controllers (or takers), at all levels it is a disconnect, acute to complete, from manifesting the higher emotions, most notably Love. Their egos become super-egos, not because they have x-ray vision and a cape, but because they efficiently and perpetually control and take from the other egos. This disconnect from the higher emotions allows for a strong connection of the lower emotions of hate and fear and harm. This also gives them a unique ability to act like a caring and loving being and get away with it. To put it simply, they just don’t care about people except as a means to get them more things. Things are the driving force behind their existence, and sub egos are the tools of labor and energy to get it.
The other egos are the sub-egos. These egos are susceptible to the powers of fear induction the super-egos will gladly set upon them. Because the sub-egos know the higher emotions, at many levels, they also have trouble comprehending that others could be absent of them entirely. Because of this, and the giving attitude that accompanies the sub-ego, they are easy prey for the super-egos. They will believe that things will change for the better because fraud artists tell them it will. It is grandma with a checkbook listening to the televangelist preaching before the gates of a virtual heaven.
One drives fear. One reacts with fear. One takes all they can regardless of who gets hurt. One gives what they can and then some until they are on the street and destitute. One sees the children of God as disposable assets and liabilities. One sees the world through rosary colored glasses.
The good guys are in fact everywhere. It is only that the good guys haven’t figured out there are just as many psychopathic bad guys, and those bad guys hold every political office in the world, religion and science not to be excluded. The power of these super-egos is not super at all. It is only their innate ability to deceive, manipulate and control that allows them to have any power at all. In a mono-a-mono situation they would fold and lie crying, begging for mercy. But get an army of sub-egos to do their bidding, and they are a force to be reckoned with.
All organizations, with no exception, break down into these subdivisions of control and enslavement. If you can find one that doesn’t have a few controlling many and profiting from that control, then you just haven’t waited long enough. The governments and religions of the world are prime examples of this.
I often wonder why people cannot see deception and evil intent coming from a mile away. I mean really, if a lower life form like a dog or a horse can sense it, what has happened that we with our advanced, high frequency brains are blind to any of it? This is the change I would have manifested more than any other. Without the ability to deceive, they lose the ability to manipulate, and can no longer create and implement fear in the masses. That’s the day a bunch of rats start sneaking down into their underground hovels and shelters where we can seal them in until they are ready to learn repentance.
