Human Needs vs. Government

If you asked most people what would make their life complete, they might respond with things like: to be independently wealthy, or own a nice car or home or go on a vacation, or to find a significant other, a spouse and maybe have a family. There are underlying principles behind all of these things and most other ‘material’ answers. People look for wealth because they equate it with peace of mind and joy. People look to things like cars and vacations because they equate it with joy. People look to relationships and family because there they will find joy and love.

In the most basic form, people seek to find peace, joy and love. I think it’s apparent that material things can’t provide sustained joy or peace, and unless you love yourself first, relationships and family are not going to cut it. Really, peace, joy and love all come from within; these cannot be provided from an outside source for any extended length of time. Even ‘Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness’ are riders on the basic human (spiritual) needs of peace, love and joy.

In no way, shape or form can any government provide peace, joy or love. If you examine the machinations of government in any time period of the history told to us, you will find that government is the opposite of providing these things. It is necessary for government to take these things away under the guise of providing them in order for government to survive and grow. The carrot of peace, love and joy being lead before the horse of humanity is hung from a stick that is fear, hate, enemies, war, angst, anguish, worry and stress. We know that we can never reach the carrot as long as the stick is there, but for some reason we believe that the stick has purpose, and without it the carrot would disappear.

I keep seeing sales pitches. I keep hearing slogans. I keep finding that my enemies are declared for me, as are my allies, and they are always nations or factions or organizations that threaten government. And I keep seeing the same loop that I see in every organization, a loop wherein the many are lead to meet the goals of organization, always to their behest and dissatisfaction (lack of peace, joy and love) and always to the profit of organization and the few that command it. It’s a 'give this of yourself and you might get this back, but don’t count on it'.

It is my heartfelt belief that if we, as intelligent creatures of mind, heart and spirit do not break away from the covenant that government is absolute and necessary we will have set the stage for our permanent demise. Every man, woman and thing we ‘vote’ into office under the promises and salvations that this time it will be different, has harmed Americans and the planet in heart, mind and soul to a greater degree than did the officers preceding. If my mind is sold on the truth that government is a necessary thing, and my mind tells my heart this, yet my heart knows that government is anti-peace, joy and love, then inevitably I will suffer, as will the vast majority of the populace. I hate to sound so new age wishy-washy, but governments are lies in my mind and that is something my heart can believe in.

The Non-existent Contract with the Non-existent Constitution

What is your contract with the Federal Government? Is it the constitution? Let me ask you, when did you become a party to this contract? Is there some paper you signed, a hand you shook, a verbal commitment you made that I am not aware of? If so, I would like to know the means of that agreement, because from what I can tell I am not part of any constitutional contract.

Even if I say I believe and follow and swear to uphold the constitution, does that mean that anyone else has? I don’t think anyone has, ever. There are no signatures on the constitution. It hasn’t gone on a nationwide tour to gain the acceptance of the consenting public. For all intents and purposes, it is archived in a place called, you guessed it, the National Archives.

Do the political elect uphold the constitution, as they purport to with their hand on the bible? If so, then why are they constantly looking for ways to subvert it for themselves and their friends? Why are there millions of laws that are in violation of any number of constitutional amendments, Bill of Rights or otherwise?

Can you be born into subservience to a government? Then can’t you also be born into a plantation owner’s unquestionable authority? Is it the voting part that is throwing you off? Then how can a stranger that you have never met re-present you as a living man? Is this person reporting back to you on a daily basis to get your input and consent, to fill you in on how the next law on the stack of millions of laws is going to make your life so much better?

What about the appointed offices, which make up a vast majority of the government, and are the people that really write the laws, create the agencies, and spend the money. What is their contract with the constitution, and what is their oath to the people? Don’t they act with impunity, outside of being caught with a live boy or a dead girl?

What is the limitation that is put on their law creation if it is not the constitution? Couldn’t they make a law that states that the firstborn daughter is to be delivered to the local politicos for rape initiations? Do you think psychopaths have never accomplished divine right before now? How about if they just start the draft up again, full throttle, and kill off all the young men from 18 to 30 in some cannon fodder wet dream of death? We’ve seen that one already. I mean, really, where is the limitation of their authority? They say, “our bullshit mumbo jumbo says this,” and living, breathing men are supposed to bow down and start licking boots?

What is the limit you would put forth in your mind? Is it hearing about men, women and children in another town accosted, only to disappear forever without explanation or trial? Is it when you see your neighbor loaded onto a truck by whatever god-forsaken paramilitary forces, his wife screaming and his dog shot dead on the lawn? Or is it when you are finally approached?

There is already so much constitution ending legislation on the books it is not even funny. The entire Federal political, legislative and judicial scene is on board. They don’t believe in rights. There is more of that coming. If you can’t pay attention or don’t want to, then continue to pay tribute until it’s desperation time.

Remember, there is no constitution because there is no agreement. All terms between men are based on consent and contract. It is either that way or any corporation can march right in, take all your shit, and leave you a bloody mess simply because they want to. If that is a constitutional republic, then we deserve it.

Are Politicians Destructive?

None of these people we give power to have the absolute purpose to destroy anything, but instead they are fixated and focused on the accumulation of things. The main thing is money, as that will lead to the ability to procure other things. They are like this because they lack the ability to manifest higher emotions such as healing and love. Instead, their ego drives them to material gratifications to fill that void.
We can never know what truly lies in the heart and mind of another man. No matter how polished the look and how ringing the rhetoric, the motivations and agenda are often times quite different as are the outcomes. It is for this reason that the approach to all men and their systems of organization must be changed and challenged. When we bow before a judge, or any public official for that matter, and consent to their authority we become slave and they become master. It matters not at this point what laws are in place or how they are interpreted. The contract has been established, and the judge at that point can pretty much do whatever they damn well feel like.
All laws operate on the assumption that the man the law is applied to consents to that law. Without that consent, there is no contract established and the law, the judge and any other purported person of authority has none. Nor do their laws, and I say 'their' because the laws are not designed as beneficial social contract, but as detrimental societal control.
It's a radical idea at first, but consider the fact that no man is in fact any less FOS as you are, and it becomes a little easier to digest. When we place ordinary men into divine positions of authority over us we get the draconian system of government the Federal Corporation has already become. We hand out entire lives over to strangers in expectations they will secure us and ensure our freedoms and treat us fairly. As we are seeing, the actors in fiction we call leaders are seeking far different agendas than they would have us believe. We can no longer hand over the keys to our souls and expect care to be taken by strangers.
There are 10s of millions of Federal laws, statutes and codes on the books, yet we haven't seen any substantial deterrence to crime or harm across the country, and the globe. If anything, we are seeing the purposeful eradication of all rights and citizenship, in favor of psychopaths with sinister intentions. The very fact that all laws are written in a foreign language called legalese, to be interpreted only by BAR associates known as attorneys and judges, should give you red-flag concern about the whole system to begin with. Add to that a constitution that is sworn by oath to by the leaders, and then immediately looked at as a hindrance to their power and chipped away against by their BAR judges and lawyers. Under any type of common sense definition, nearly all Federal law would be considered unconstitutional and stricken from the annals of history forever. If that were to happen though, what system of complete control would politicians, judges and de facto attorneys use in the place of those laws? How would they take our energy, effort and labor and extract from that the capital to procure the things they increasingly desire?
